John Doyle has extensive experience in helping clients mediate most types of legal matters and offers both mediation and arbitration services. Mr. Doyle has over 30 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of legal matters. Mr. Doyle's broad range of knowledge gives him unique insights into how parties can resolve their dispute; including the ability to offer creative solutions to legal dilemmas and approaching disputes from different angles.

The Doyle Law Group is conveniently located in Scottsdale and has meeting facilities where clients can come to mediate or arbitrate their legal disputes. Mr. Doyle is also available to travel throughout the state of Arizona to conduct mediations for clients that are unable to travel to our law office.

As part of the mediation process Mr. Doyle will provide legal information regarding each dispute and direct negotiations towards a common point of understanding. Characteristics of Mr. Doyle's mediation style are impartiality, objectivity, and the ability to guide the parties towards resolution while reminding participants of their legal obligations.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is the process of using a third party to help adverse parties resolve a legal conflict. The objective of mediation is to use a neutral third-party to obtain a resolution to a legal matter that meets the desires of both parties, without the costs and uncertainty of proceeding to court. Mediation can offer a better option to litigation by allowing the parties to be more in control of the outcome of their legal dispute, offering flexible scheduling, and providing a less stressful environment then a courtroom.

What is Arbitration?

Arbitration is like mediation, only that a decision is made by the arbitrator and can be binding on the participants. Arbitration can be elected by the parties, ordered by the court, or required by statute or contract. Arbitration can be a benefit by reducing the amount of time and money spent on a legal dispute; frequently it is less costly then extensive litigation.
